Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Services

• Fees for programs, coaching sessions, and other services are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Cancellations by SpinartiCoach

• If SpinartiCoach cancels a program or service, you will be given the option to receive a full refund or apply the payment toward a future session.

Rescheduling and Transfers

• If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, you may request to reschedule or transfer your booking to another participant, subject to availability and prior approval.

Exceptional Cases

• Refund requests due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be required.

Processing Time

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days via the original payment method.
